Redesigning “Where is my order” improves the user experience and reduces customer service time. An intuitive tracking system with clear information reduces call volume and improves satisfaction. The result is a benefit for both customers and businesses.
This project included a restructuring of the backend to accurately improve delivery estimates and scheduling.
Task Based Iconongraphy
Custom iconography was used to help the customer with where the order is during its journey. Each icon could live on its own but was accompanied with a label to ensure clarity.
